With over a decade of experience as a clinical counsellor, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and transitions. In my individual counselling sessions, I engage in deep listening and assist you in connecting with your inner voice, emotions, and feelings, nurturing self-awareness, and personal growth. Whenever you’re ready, we will collaboratively set goals for our therapy sessions. It’s important to note that my approach is integrative, always placing the best interests of my clients at the forefront. I approach therapy with sensitivity to cultural differences and through the lens of the Existential-Humanistic approach.

 

Some Insurance Coverage

If you’re a survivor of crime, you may qualify for CVAP counseling, and I am here to assist you and welcome you as a client. Additionally, if you’ve had an ICBC claim, you may be eligible for therapy coverage. I am pleased to accept ICBC clients as well as CVAP clients, whether in my downtown Vancouver office, in my Tri-Cities office (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody), or virtually. I am happy to provide you with professional counseling services.
