I am an integrative therapist who believes in the power of combining spirituality and psychotherapy to support individuals on their healing journey. I understand that humans are complex beings, and that healing goes beyond just the cognitive or physical aspects. To achieve a sense of wholeness, it is important for the mind, body, and soul to come together.
In my practice, I integrate spiritual elements into therapy, while respecting and being sensitive to each client's unique background and beliefs. I believe that therapists need to broaden their perspective in order to help clients recover and experience a sense of wholeness. This involves reestablishing the connection between the mind, body, and soul and developing a common understanding of the concept of Self.
I believe that as humans, we have a unique self-awareness that allows us to know that we know. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and it is essential to embrace our interconnectedness with the Universe. By recognizing the ongoing development of our true selves and utilizing our consciousness, we can profoundly influence our actions and the world around us.
In my work, I guide clients on a spiritual journey of remembering their true nature as spiritual beings having a human experience. Together, we address unresolved emotional pain and unprocessed traumas, working towards healing and rebirth. I believe that by being aware of our thoughts and feelings, observing our minds, and fully experiencing life's challenges, we can find healing and transformation.
