Practice Information
Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are starting to affect your daily life, you’re not alone. Many people I work with are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, or major life transitions and are looking for a space to slow things down and better understand what they’re going through.
I have a particular interest in supporting women through the many complex stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility and reproductive decision-making, motherhood, career changes, and shifting life-stage expectations. I also work with concerns such as self-worth, people-pleasing, boundaries, perfectionism, and relationship anxiety. At the same time, I welcome people of all genders and backgrounds and work with a wide range of experiences.
My approach to counselling is grounded in the belief that every person’s story makes sense in the context of their lived experience. My training has its roots in psychodynamic and emotion-focused therapy. I aim to offer a space that feels steady, respectful, and non-judgmental, where you can speak openly about what’s been weighing on you and begin to make sense of patterns that may feel hard to shift on your own.
Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or navigating a significant life transition, therapy can offer a place to gain clarity, build self-understanding, and reconnect with a sense of direction and ease in your life.
If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, you’re welcome to reach out. I’d be happy to connect and see what support might look like for you.
