Practice Information

Christina is a counsellor most known for EMDR therapy. She uses evidenced-based approaches as well as spiritual and other frameworks that support the client's unique journey and worldview. She fosters movement from post-traumatic stress to post-traumatic growth through the mobilization of the body’s innate intelligence to heal and through ancient technologies of animism, tantra, kundalini yoga, and psychedelic integration therapy. She is committed to helping clients in all stages of their journeys - be it finding relief from distress, making meaning out of trauma, or accessing vital life force energy for feeling vibrant, blissful, and full with the joy of living. 

Her clinical counselling services are covered by insurance plans accepting master’s level registered social workers and is a provider for numerous funded programs. Sliding scale is available for some clients due to financial considerations and clinical interest match.
