Practice Information
Whatever you’re carrying, pain, confusion, or questions you can’t yet name, there’s room for it here. You don’t have to hold it alone.
I’m Nazanin (Naz), a Registered Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist. For nearly a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families as they move through trauma, shame, anger, and the tender wounds of disconnection in relationships. Over the years, I’ve witnessed the quiet courage it takes to turn toward healing and the remarkable resilience that unfolds when people feel safe and supported.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and deeply relational. I believe healing happens in safe connection, with ourselves and with others. I mainly draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Art therapy , Somatic practices, and EMDR; blending evidence-based approaches with creativity and curiosity. Together, we gently untangle old emotional patterns, uncover your resilience, and create space for new ways of relating, feeling, and being.
Much of my work centers on relationships, the ways we reach for closeness, the patterns that keep us apart, and the longing we all share to feel understood and connected. Whether it’s within yourself, with a partner, or in your family, I help create a space where vulnerability is honored, needs can be expressed, and deeper bonds can grow.
You are not too much. You are not too broken. Whatever you bring is welcome here. If there’s a part of you that longs for change, even if it’s only a whisper, I invite you to listen. When you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk beside you, one step at a time.
