Whether you’ve just been diagnosed with ADHD or have known for years, it can sometimes feel unbearable. You might be trying to make sense of what the diagnosis means, or feeling tired of the constant struggle with focus, motivation, and not-so-helpful coping strategies. You may feel frustrated, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward.
I help adults at every stage of their ADHD journey build self-compassion, understand their unique brains, and develop practical, realistic strategies. Having ADHD myself, I bring a genuine understanding of what it’s like to live with a busy, creative, and often overstimulated mind. Together, we’ll turn challenges into opportunities for growth and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling.
ADHD impacts every part of life—focus, motivation, relationships, and emotional regulation—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and ADHD-focused coaching techniques to support you in managing time, building organization systems, regulating emotions, and following through on goals. Sessions are structured but flexible, allowing space for what’s happening in your life each week.
Living with ADHD can be exhausting—like you’re always running but never quite catching up. You’re not lazy, unmotivated, or broken; your brain simply works differently. With the right tools and understanding, you can build the structure, confidence, and self-trust you need to thrive.
Change is possible. With curiosity, compassion, and the right support, you can create a life that fits you—not the other way around. If you’re ready to better understand your ADHD and take meaningful steps toward change, I’d be honoured to support you on that journey. Let’s get started together.
As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Clinical Coach, I bring both the clinical understanding and the practical coaching skills necessary to help clients manage the full spectrum of ADHD. My work integrates the science of ADHD with the real-world strategies people need to function well day-to-day.
Many individuals with ADHD already know what they “should” be doing—but find it difficult to bridge the gap between intention and action. My role is to help close that gap. I combine therapeutic insight with concrete, action-oriented support so you can address the emotional, cognitive, and behavioural sides of ADHD together.
Clinically, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches to help clients explore patterns of thought, emotion, and self-criticism that often accompany ADHD. We work to understand how past experiences, shame, or burnout may influence present struggles with motivation, focus, or follow-through.
From a coaching perspective, I emphasize structure, accountability, and real-life application. Together, we’ll design systems that support your goals—whether it’s improving time management, maintaining focus at work, organizing daily tasks, or creating routines that actually stick. Sessions are collaborative and practical, but always grounded in empathy and self-compassion.
Because I live with ADHD myself, I understand both the frustration and the potential that come with it. I know how exhausting it can be to constantly push against systems not designed for your brain—and how freeing it feels to finally learn strategies that work with your brain instead. My approach is non-judgmental and authentic; you’ll be met with understanding, humour, and a sense of partnership in navigating this journey.
In addition to individual ADHD counselling, I also support clients with related areas such as:
- Emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity (RSD)
- Procrastination, motivation, and executive function challenges
- Burnout and overwhelm
- Perfectionism and self-esteem
- Relationship and communication struggles
- Transitions (career, academic, or personal changes)
- ADHD assessment support and post-diagnosis adjustment
Sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at—whether you’re newly diagnosed and looking for understanding, or have known for years and want to build new strategies for growth.
My work as a Clinical Coach allows me to bridge two essential worlds:
- The emotional and psychological depth of therapy, where we explore how ADHD impacts identity, confidence, and relationships.
- The forward-focused practicality of coaching, where we implement concrete tools to make daily life easier and more aligned with your goals.
This integrative approach provides a space that’s compassionate yet productive—one where you can heal, learn, and take action.
If you’re ready to develop greater self-awareness, practical skills, and confidence in your ADHD journey, I would be honoured to support you in doing so. Together, we’ll work toward building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and truly your own.

The start of a new year often arrives with a quiet pressure. That pressure is around that the issues from the past year need to be resolved and this year is the year it finally happens! There is the hope that this year might be different, paired with the familiar worry that it won’t be. Many people with ADHD…
