I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through personal challenges, life transitions, and performance-related stress. My practice integrates evidence-based therapy with high performance coaching to help clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and vitality.
Clients often come to me seeking support for anxiety, burnout, low mood, overwhelm, trauma, addiction, or relationship stress. Others are navigating parenting, career shifts, identity transitions, or feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt or self-criticism.
