Practice Information

Are you and your partner having difficulty communicating? Are you tired of struggling in your relationship? You maybe feeling exhausted, hurt or simply numb about your relationship. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy which is a attachment based model and Gottman method (evidence-based skills building approach) in my work with couples. I specialize in working with neurodivergent couples and those navigating relationship challenges during major life transitions, such as becoming new parents or experiencing menopause.

bring over 14 years of experience and provide a warm and safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings. Gaining more self-awareness and pouring into ourselves spills over into our connections and relationships. I am compassionate yet honest; I will support and gently challenge you when needed. My approach to counselling is direct yet supportive.

My role is to identify the patterns that are unhealthy in your connections and help you challenge them while building on the ones that work for you. My approach to counselling is deeply rooted in DBT, CBT, EFT and Gottman Method.
