Practice Information

I have had the honour throughout the past 20 years of my career to witness the power of individuals and families to make positive changes in their lives. My past experience includes work within counselling agencies, health centres, and with the government, supporting children, youth, and adults.

My primary areas of therapy include anxiety, depression, stress, self esteem and interpersonal issues. I have specific training in cognitive-behavioural therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and EMDR. I believe the relationship between myself and those I work with is integral, where your preferences inform our time together. I work from a strengths based, trauma informed perspective, providing a safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings, receive feedback, and create meaningful change in your life.

I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists in British Columbia, as well as a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC.

I look forward to connecting with you and can meet you either in person or online.
