Greetings, and welcome to my page. I am honoured, that you have chosen to learn more about my work. I am licensed practitioner in the art of healing of the mind, body, and spirit. With over a decade of experience, and being well-versed in the teachings of psychology, I have dedicated my life's work to assist those who seek solace and comfort from the burdens of their past and present.

Over my career I have helped countless individuals find healing and growth through my compassionate and supportive approach.

General Therapy Approach
My approach to therapy is inspired by the teachings of Carl Rogers, who believed that the most effective way to help individuals was through a warm, empathetic, and understanding relationship. Furthermore, I also align with the belief that we all possess an inner healing intelligence that naturally seeks to heal itself. Thus, I create a safe space for my clients to be open, honest, and vulnerable, allowing them to work through their challenges and find their own answers within themselves. I use a holistic and integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego States Theory, somatic approaches, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, resonance and more.
Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy
I do not promote the use of psychedelics. My goal is to educate you about the safe use of psychedelics. Research shows us that the safest and most effective way to use psychedelics is with guidance from a therapist, teacher, or an elder.
I am a graduate of the inaugural Canadian university accredited Psychedelic Assisted Therapy program at Vancouver Island University. I specialize in psilocybin and MDMA therapy. These medicines are available through the Special Access Program (SAP) in Canada for clients dealing with end-of-life distress, treatment-resistant depression, PTSD and more. If you are not connected with a prescribing doctor, I can assist with that and later facilitate the experience. Please note that only MDs and Nurse Practitioners can legally prescribe these medicines for the SAP.

I also offer psychedelic harm reduction, preparation for retreats, and integration of psychedelic experiences.
