Practice Information

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in unwanted patterns of behaviour. Many clients come to me when talk therapy alone hasn’t created the shift they hoped for. I integrate cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with a somatic approach to support change at both the thought and nervous system levels.

Through my own life journey and the privilege of supporting clients in their healing, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the natural resilience and inner direction we all carry. Chronic stress, trauma, and difficult life transitions can pull us away from that inner strength, leaving us feeling stuck or off-course. Working together, we’ll reconnect you with your internal compass, helping you navigate your relationships, (including the one you have with yourself) with greater ease and confidence.

You’ll also develop new skills that:
• free you from unwanted behavioural and emotional cycles
• help you feel steady in moments of stress or conflict
• allow you to move from reactivity toward connection and emotional safety in your relationships

During our sessions, we’ll explore the messages and beliefs you've absorbed from family, culture, or your inner critic, the stories that prevent you from showing up as the person you want to be. Beyond examining thoughts, you’ll come to understand how old nervous system and emotional patterns can get in the way of change, even when you know exactly what you want to do differently. Using a somatic approach, we’ll gently shift these patterns so you can respond to life’s challenges with greater calm and centeredness.

Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, relationship stress, a life transition, or the aftermath of trauma, I’ll meet you with a compassionate, trauma-informed presence. I take an active role in helping you move toward your goals, offering gentle challenges and new insights at both the thought and nervous system levels.

My love for therapeutic work comes from being continually inspired by the real vulnerability and strength that lie beneath our protective masks. I’m committed to this work, especially now, when so many of us feel uncertainty, loneliness, or a sense of personal inadequacy. My hope is to help you reconnect with yourself, with supportive relationships, and with the resources that make life feel grounded and meaningful.

When you feel ready to connect, I offer a free consult to explore next steps together, or for you to learn more about my approach. I look forward to supporting you in the transformative experience therapy can offer.
