Do you often find yourself struggling to feel “good enough”? Does the urge to please others lead to feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, and even resentment? If you feel stuck in patterns that prevent you from truly thriving in your relationships, you’re not alone. Many people wrestle with self-confidence in their roles as parents, partners, and friends, and I’m here to support you. We will work to cultivate more ease in your life and a greater sense of security of who you truly are.
In our work together, I offer a compassionate and safe space where you can explore these feelings. Every individual has a unique story, and I’m deeply committed to understanding yours. I would be privileged to hear how your lived experiences, family dynamics, and socio-cultural identity have shaped who you are.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory, honouring our innate desire to connect and grow. I draw from a blend of emotionally focused, somatic, polyvagal, cognitive, and behavioural theories, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs. I prioritize a trauma-informed and culturally inclusive practice, ensuring your individuality is always respected and celebrated.
I’m particularly passionate about working with adults who have felt a sense of “not belonging” due to relational trauma, marginalization, or neurodiversity. If you’re a parent, the voice telling you you’re “not good enough” can be especially loud. I understand how exhausting it can be to seek acceptance, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
With compassion and understanding, I will walk alongside you as you explore your path toward greater self-insight and acceptance. Together, we can empower you to create a more fulfilling and connected life!
If you feel moved by this, I invite you to reach out by email to book a free consultation. I’m glad you’re here and I would love to connect.
