Practice Information

Are you feeling withdrawn, anxious, fearful, or hopeless? You don’t have to face it alone. I offer a compassionate, holistic, and person-centred approach to help you enhance your mental well-being, regain independence, and restore professional productivity. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe exploring challenges and developing strategies to move forward.

With dual training as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, I specialize in helping individuals overcome emotional barriers and re-engage in meaningful activities — including achieving a successful return to work.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and hold a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology (Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling) from the University of British Columbia.

I accept private pay, extended health benefits, and am an approved clinical counsellor for ICBC claims. For your convenience, credit card payments and direct billing for Pacific Blue Cross are available.

Together, we’ll work toward rebuilding resilience, confidence, and meaningful engagement in life and work.
