Practice Information
My years of experience as a counsellor and clinical supervisor have taught me that when a person is ready, change is possible. If you are ready to seek insight, expand your personal growth, build communication skills, deepen your relationships, develop strategies for managing anxiety or chronic pain, work through distressing past experiences or PTSD, or move smoothly through life transitions, I can help you on this journey.
I view self-awareness as one of the most practical tools in therapy. It helps you move from automatic reactivity into conscious choice, embrace yourself fully, and create healthier relationships with yourself and others. In the course of our work, we will uncover the underlying patterns, core beliefs, and unconscious perceptions that strongly influence the way you think, feel, and live, and open the door to new, more life-affirming choices.
I work with a wide range of clients - from youth to seniors, including individuals, couples, and families - integrating various approaches and strategies to address each person’s unique needs. I have helped people through challenging situations such as school-related issues, family conflicts, persistent trauma, and major life changes. I believe strongly in the inherent resilience clients bring to this work and support them in a culturally sensitive, compassionate, and effective way.
For clients exploring psychedelic experiences, I provide professionally trained support for integrating new insights in a safe space. This integration work can be a powerful tool for addressing concerns related to trauma, despair, and end-of-life acceptance.
I hold two master's degrees in Counselling Psychology and Cultural Research. I am a BC Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), an Approved Clinical Supervisor (RCC-ACS), and a TheraPsil Associate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. I am also affiliated with the Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP), First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), and TELUS Health.
I offer in-person and online counselling, supervision, and consultation. To explore the possibility of working together, email or text to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call.
