Shannon (MC, RCC #21591), offers compassionate, collaborative support for adults (18+) in Victoria and Saanich, BC. She practices from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and inclusive lens, welcoming all identities, neurotypes, cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds.
The name Root & Bud is inspired by an e.e. cummings poem—symbolizing deep roots and new growth, reflecting the journey toward healing and empowerment.

- Fees:
- Session fees align with BCACC recommended rates; RCC services are GST‑exempt in BC
- ICBC‑approved: up to 12 sessions are available if you have an open ICBC claim after a car crash
- Accepts AFU funding
- A limited number of reduced‑rate sessions are available — clients are encouraged to inquire directly if cost is a barrier
