With over 30 years of clinical experience, I've dedicated my life to helping individuals, couples, families, and organizations align their actions with their values and beliefs.

An international expert in counselling and psychotherapy, I've presented widely on critical topics such as anxiety, depression, anger management, group therapy, and addictions. My telehealth leadership extends across British Columbia and North America, offering support through online and phone consultations.
With a Doctorate in Health Sciences and a Master’s degree in Psychology and Contemplative Psychotherapy, my specialized training covers a broad spectrum, from anxiety and depression treatments to personality difficulties, substance use issues and leadership skills. My therapeutic models are diverse and personalized to address your specific needs, strengths, and goals.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, an Approved Clinical Supervisor, and a Certified Group Psychotherapist. I have many years of experience across various roles, including supervising and training clinicians. My dedication to combating burnout through mindfulness meditation and group therapy is reflected in my Ph.D. thesis, showcasing my commitment to personal and professional growth.
