Counselling Practice Website

Practice Information

Hi to all the lovely humans looking to start or continue therapy and wanting to see if we could be a good fit. I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to enter therapy and deconstruct beliefs that no longer serve you, or have been imposed on you by society. My goal is to help folks rediscover the power in their vulnerability, and the fulfillment in seeing one's experience reflected and honoured in another, allowing people to better understand themselves and their communities. Within a non-judgmental space, I work to reconnect people to the parts of themselves that they feel discomfort in or are disconnected from. In sessions, I help strengthen connections and healing by inviting folks to allow self-compassion, empathy and new perspectives into their lives.

A bit about me:

I am a Biracial, Queer, Neurodivergent, registered clinical counsellor and registered social worker, who is eager to work alongside folks, co-creating safety within their healing journey. Offering services in-person and virtually, in Vancouver, BC on stolen xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) land. I specialize in supporting individuals in the 2SLGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent and complex trauma. I feel honoured to hold space for those who have experienced complex trauma (sexual, gender-based, racialized, workplace, systems, and healthcare). There are many ways people respond to trauma or show up in their identity. Some common issues that come up in counselling are:

  • Sexual assault
  • Self-criticism/shame
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Reconnecting with the body or with community
  • Racial Identity development
  • Grief and Loss
  • Masking/Un-masking
  • Sexuality
  • Dating & Relationships

What to Expect:

My approach to counselling involves meeting people where they are, as a whole individual. I invite folks to explore their unique stories and experiences, drawing upon their wisdom and strength within vulnerability. My work is rooted in intersectionality, and considers the social and cultural context that folks are experiencing. You can expect that I’ll show up in session with authenticity and humility, and taking care of the quality and connection of the therapeutic relationship. I ground my work from the lens of attachment and trauma informed care.

For relationships & non-traditional/privately defined relationship structures:

I am delighted to work with individuals, couples, and folks in relationships of all shapes. Creating a sex-positive space; warmly welcoming folks who are interested in, exploring or engaged in:

  • Monogamy
  • Polyamory/non-monogamy,
  • Sex work, and
  • Kink-centered relationships.

For virtual sessions, please book online or email me.

For in-person sessions please email me.
