Practice Information
I offer therapy to help you come home to yourself. You don’t have to have it all figured out — every part of you is welcome, even the messy, unsure, or guarded ones. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and real human connection. I hold space for slowing down, feeling more deeply, and exploring what it means to move through life with more ease, self-understanding, and authenticity.
In my work, I draw from relational and experiential approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I pay close attention to the emotional patterns and protective strategies that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface — the emotions, stories, and longings that often get pushed aside in daily life. My role is to help you slow down, stay curious, and build the capacity to feel and respond to your inner world with more compassion and clarity.
I support adults who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed — whether that’s due to anxiety, self-criticism, relationship challenges, burnout, or a general sense of not feeling like yourself. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but privately feel emotionally flat, lost, or “too much.” Our work together is about creating a space where you can safely reconnect with your feelings, make sense of what’s happening inside, and start living from a place that feels more grounded, open, and true to you.
