Practice Information
Hi, I’m Robyn – a perinatal and peri/menopause mental health counsellor, mom of two, and someone who is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through their unique journeys.
And let’s be honest, adulthood can feel like a rollercoaster. It’s messy, complicated and during times like pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, or peri/menopause, it can feel especially overwhelming. You might find yourself wondering where you fit in all of it.
As your counsellor, I’ll meet you where you are and take the time to really get to know you. My goal: to create a space where you feel truly heard and understood. A space where you feel like someone gets it, don’t have to worry about judgment, and can start to reconnect with yourself — however that looks for you.
I work with individuals across the perinatal and peri/menopause stages, supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, shame, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and changes in identity. My work is grounded in a client-centered approach and draws on mindfulness, self-compassion, nervous system and somatic work, and curiosity about our emotions and inner parts. I’ve seen how, through this process, people can start to feel less overwhelmed, find more joy, build stronger connections, and grow a deeper sense of compassion for themselves.
Please feel free to reach out for a free 15 minute consult: a chance for us to have a chat about what’s brought you to counselling, and for me to share a little about how I work. It’s an opportunity for us to see if it feels like a good fit - no pressure, just a space to explore what feels right for you.
