Nicole Persall is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Clinical Supervisor (ACS-Candidate) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a master's degree in Counselling Psychology. Nicole provides online counselling to individual adults seeking support for relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, and more. She also works with couples who are looking to improve communication, manage conflict better, and increase connection and intimacy. Her services are offered virtually online across BC.
Nicole works with people looking to explore relationships, including insecure attachment, history of relational or sexual trauma, difficulties setting boundaries, understanding and expressing their needs, and feelings of stress or anxiety. Nicole helps clients identify and change unhelpful patterns such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, or codependency and helps people connect with themselves and others in a way that feels more genuine, authentic, and secure.
Nicole draws from various therapeutic approaches in her work, including attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Nicole's approach is tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Nicole incorporates trauma-informed, attachment-based, and somatic approaches in her work.
Nicole understands that finding the right counsellor is not an easy task, that's why she offers new clients a free 20-minute virtual consultation to get to know each other before committing to working together.
