Practice Information
I believe that cultivating self-awareness and gaining insight is a crucial first step in bringing about change and facilitating healing. By engaging in self-exploration and becoming more mindful, we can develop a deeper sense of presence in our lives. My approach is empathic, warm, respectful, and flexible. I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore the challenges they face without fear of being judged.
In my work, I am confident that my authenticity creates a collaborative environment where clients can tap into their inner strengths and resilience as they continue their journey toward healing and fulfillment. I take a holistic approach to mental wellness, recognizing the significance of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of our lives in developing a healthy mind and body.
To inform my practice, I draw from evidence-based modalities such as person-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method couples therapy.
With a wealth of life experiences and a professional background spanning over 14 years in the mental health field, I have acquired valuable knowledge and expertise in supporting individuals through wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, early life attachment injuries, grief, trauma, family and relationship discord, parenting difficulties, and life transitions.
