Practice Information
Do you feel overwhelmed by your emotions or disconnected from yourself? Do you find yourself cycling through the same thoughts, fears, or habits, even when you’re trying your BEST to change? Has food, productivity, or perfectionism become the place you turn when everything feels too much? Has your relationship with food or your body started to feel exhausting, like no matter what you do, it’s never “enough”?
Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, sensory processing differences, or feeling stuck in your relationship with food, your body, or yourself, therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what's beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself. Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and grounded. Together, we'll make space for the tender, the complex, the unknown, and the hard, moving at a pace that feels right for you. My approach integrates somatic awareness, parts work, and emotion‑focused perspectives, while also offering practical tools to support you in everyday life. My practice is trauma‑informed and neuro‑affirming, with a deep commitment to keeping you at the heart of our work. My background as a clinical nutritionist in eating‑disorder recovery continues to inform my holistic, mind‑body lens in the therapy room. These threads come together in a practice that weaves evidence‑based approaches with the complexity of your story and the wisdom of your body.
Your story matters. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and aligned with your values. If you're curious what this could look like, please reach out! I offer a free 15‑minute virtual consultation to give us a chance to connect and allow space for you to ask any questions you might have.
