Practice Information
Morgan (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and believes that everyone is inherently good and deserving of safe, authentic connection. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, and feminist approaches. She offers a warm and relational approach to therapy that incorporates elements of self-compassion and self-expression in all of her work.
Having grown up in environments that did not encourage safe connections to the body, Morgan is passionate about helping her clients find creative and embodied ways to express and share their stories. She believes that when we take time to slow down and let the body speak, deeper healing and integration can unfold. Her hope is that through the therapeutic relationship you will feel safe, empowered, and connected to yourself—mind, body, and spirit.
Morgan brings experience working with adults, parents, children and youth facing a range of concerns. Common counselling concerns she is passionate about supporting are:
-
compassion fatigue & burnout
-
chronic stress & trauma
-
body image & acceptance
-
self-esteem & self-worth
-
purity culture & religious trauma
When Morgan isn’t with clients or studying purity culture and embodiment, she enjoys playing piano, sipping a flat white at a cozy coffee shop, or training for her next marathon.
She is currently accepting new clients for virtual or in-person sessions for clients aging 6-66+ in Fort Langley.
