Practice Information

Supporting adults navigating trauma, identity, and self-worth through holistic, body-based therapy.

Do you struggle with a loss of sense of self, inner conflict, or feelings of shame? Are unresolved symptoms of trauma, stress, depression, or anxiety preventing you from moving forward and living the fulfilling life you deserve? Do relationships and daily life feel harder than they should be? You're not alone, and seeking support is a courageous step.

As a mostly able-bodied, cis-het female settler of 2nd-generation Hong Kong Chinese descent with ADHD, I bring lived experience and cultural sensitivity to my trauma-informed practice. I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating intersecting identities, cultural expectations, and neurodivergence. Based in Greater Vancouver, I specialize in helping individuals heal from past wounds, overcome emotional barriers, and reconnect with their authentic selves in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

My approach is holistic and nervous system-focused, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and LENS Neurofeedback to support healing on both emotional and physiological levels. I have received official professional training in all three modalities and bring this expertise to tailor each session to your individual needs. Together, we’ll work toward a deep understanding of your body’s unique patterns and target the root causes of distress—so that change feels lasting rather than temporary. Using an attachment-focused lens, we’ll also explore your relationships and relational patterns to foster healing, strengthen self-compassion, and help you thrive.

You may also meet Kumo, my gentle Coton de Tulear therapy dog in-training. Kumo is hypoallergenic and brings warmth and calm to the therapy space, offering quiet companionship and comfort for those who find grounding and connection through the presence of animals.

If you're ready to embark on a transformative journey toward healing and self-discovery, I invite you to schedule a free consultation. Let’s work together to help you overcome the challenges holding you back and create a life filled with meaning and connection.
