Practice Information

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (MA, RCC) based in Victoria, BC, with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life’s most challenging and transformative moments. I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of concerns—stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, life transitions, and the general overwhelm that comes from being human in a complicated world.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Sessions with me often feel like a real, thoughtful conversation where you’re met with curiosity, not judgment. Together, we explore what’s working, what’s feeling heavy, and what meaningful change might look like for you. I integrate evidence-based trauma and somatic therapies with creativity, humour, and compassion. Whether you're processing old wounds, navigating big life shifts, setting boundaries, building emotional regulation skills, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, our work is tailored to who you are and what matters most.

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter, more empowered, and better equipped to handle what’s happening in their lives. I hold a deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit—and that healing and growth are always possible with the right support.

People describe me as intuitive, warm, and down-to-earth. Outside the therapy room, I love being near the ocean, cooking and baking at home, and spending time with my family and my chocolate lab, Indiana Bones.
