Mareel Counselling is a Vancouver-based sex therapy and relationship counselling practice built on one belief: that everyone deserves a space where they can be fully, unapologetically themselves.

We use a biopsychosocial approach, looking at the connections between your biology, psychology, and the world around you to push back at unhelpful beliefs and help you find your own path to sexual wellbeing. We work with painful sex, desire differences, orgasm difficulties, erectile challenges, the effects of trauma, and much more. 

Whether you're navigating a specific concern or exploring what a fulfilling sex life looks like for you, nothing you bring to us will be too much. You don't need to be in a relationship to benefit, your sexuality is yours.
