You’re not just looking for someone to talk to. You’re ready for change. Therapy is about achieving lasting change that improves your quality of life now and in the future. You may be looking for a therapist to talk to, but more importantly, you are looking for someone who can help you achieve change. Whether you are experiencing relationship issues, emotional burnout, anxiety, or life challenges, the way forward is through change. I aim to go beyond talk therapy to help you achieve lasting change by working through what is holding you back. The goal is to help you wake up feeling hopeful, energized, and at peace.
I work with adults and couples who may be feeling stuck and want concrete strategies and tools to help them move forward. Talking helps, but it’s not always enough.
My approach is empathetic while being goal-oriented. I am not here to sugar-coat it, but I will work with you to help you achieve whatever life changes you are looking to make. My goal is to help you gain insight and strategies that will help you experience life and relationships in a new way. Mental well-being is not just about overcoming crisis; it is foundational to overall health and fulfillment.

My training includes a range of therapies that are integrated to build a foundation for lasting change. I am a certified trauma professional (CCTP). However, my approach is also guided by my personal experiences of trauma, loss, and life challenges. I have experienced counsellors who have changed my life and others who have left me feeling stuck.
It is this point of reference that guides my approach. I go beyond talk therapy with treatments that integrate neuroscience and psychotherapy. Life challenges are outside of our control. How we handle them is within our control.
My approach blends neuroscience, trauma-informed therapy, and practical guidance so you can:
- Understand why you feel the way you do
- Heal the roots of stuck patterns
- Build new neural pathways for long-term well-being
- Feel more grounded, hopeful, and energized
I believe that knowledge is power. My goal is to help you gain an understanding of why you are feeling the way you are and, more importantly, what you can do to improve your mental health. I work to help you overcome current life challenges and past events that are holding you back from experiencing relationships and life fully.
I'm particularly passionate about exploring how nutritional psychology and stress system regulation can enhance mental health. Research shows that mood, focus, and emotional resilience are deeply connected to brain health and nervous system function. I help clients rebuild disrupted neural pathways caused by chronic stress or trauma. My approach is integrative and science-based, combining principles of neuroscience, physiology, and psychology to offer tools that support long-term healing.
