Practice Information

My counselling practice is grounded in warmth, compassion, and a deep belief in the strength and wisdom of the people I work with. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, and I am constantly inspired by their resilience, curiosity, and capacity for growth. I bring a calm, validating presence to my work and understand the power of co-regulation - how simply being with someone in a steady, grounded way can help soothe the nervous system and foster a sense of safety. My approach is flexible and person-centered, drawing from a range of modalities including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, and positive psychology.

I have a particular passion for grief therapy and supporting individuals through experiences of loss. My own life experiences have shown me that in moments of deep sorrow, it’s often not advice or answers we need, but the quiet presence of someone who can hold space for us. I know the power of bearing witness when words fall short, and I am honoured to offer that to others.

No matter what you are navigating, I am here to meet you where you are at. I work from a trauma-informed and social justice lens, with an ongoing commitment to self-reflection and learning. It is a privilege to hold space for others and to walk alongside them as they find their way forward.
