Practice Information

Hello! I’m a relational therapist that strives to connect with you in a caring and supportive way. My aim is to create an environment where you feel truly held on your journey of healing and self-discovery. Together, we will create space for all the parts of you that are longing to be felt and heard. My areas of focus are healing the inner child of childhood trauma, navigating relationships, and building capacity for self-compassion, self-advocacy, and self-care. I integrate modalities such as internal family systems, narrative therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I am committed to a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach, emphasizing safety, consent, choice, and empowerment. I value the importance of feedback and strive to create a relationship that’s creative and collaborative, co-creating a process that resonates with you. I offer free 15-minute consultations, so don't hesitate to connect to find out if working together feels like a good fit for you. I'm looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your counselling journey!
