Practice Information
If you’ve found yourself here, it’s likely because something in your life doesn’t feel right. Maybe you’ve been trying to hold everything together, but inside you’re tired, anxious, or simply not yourself. Perhaps you’ve been through something unexpected — a loss, a betrayal, or an experience that changed you — and you’re still trying to make sense of it.
I’m not the kind of therapist who just listens and nods. I’m engaged, curious, and collaborative. I ask thoughtful questions, offer observations, and help you explore what’s really happening beneath the surface. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful change.
I often tell clients that my job is to “work myself out of a job.” That means I want to help you find your footing and your voice so that you don’t need therapy forever — though you’re always welcome back when life changes or challenges arise.
I work from a trauma-informed approach, which means I believe your past experiences influence how you respond to the world today. If you’ve been through something overwhelming that left you feeling powerless or disconnected, it makes sense that parts of life still feel heavy. We’ll explore how those experiences show up for you now and build tools to help you find stability, safety, and confidence.
You might notice symptoms like anxiety, irritability, emotional numbness, difficulty sleeping, or feeling “stuck.” Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and help you reconnect to the person you want to be — grounded, capable, and at peace.
Therapy can help you process strong emotions safely, find calm after trauma, identify triggers, challenge negative beliefs, and reconnect with joy and meaning. My approach is active and relational — a balance of insight and practical tools to support your healing and growth.
I work exclusively with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, self-worth, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are helpers themselves — people who support others but struggle to make space for their own care. Therapy offers a place for you to pause, reflect, and feel human again.
Alongside counselling, I provide clinical supervision for therapists. I believe supervision is both professional development and self-care — a place to reflect, grow, and sustain your best work.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #15185) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #10001037) and Canadian Clinical Supervisor through CCPA.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
