Practice Information

Life is inherently complex and challenging. Sometimes these challenges feel overwhelming and this is where psychology can help. In an environment of understanding and acceptance, psychologists can help you better identify those strengths that have served you well in the past, while at the same time assist you in learning new ways of solving problems and coping with life’s difficulties.

I am a registered psychologist in the province of British Columbia. I work with adults and teenagers struggling with a variety of issues such as depressions, anxiety, stress and relationship issues.  I also provide couples counseling to distressed couples. My therapeutic approaches are evidenced-based and include cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness based cognitive therapy.

I have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals and private practice working with mental health issues ranging from severe mental illness to stress management. I have also traveled extensively and worked internationally which offered me the valuable experience of treating individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
