Practice Information
Supporting adult clients coping through anger management, emotion regulation, ADHD, self-worth/esteem, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, depression, trauma, and complex grief.
In Our Time Together
In our time together, we will look within, better-understand root causes, and identify and overcome recurring patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This offers a real chance for change - supporting you to build self-trust, connect with those around you more authentically, and become more efficient in navigating inner turbulence and external stressors.
Together, we will explore your life more objectively.
Exploring aspects of your life objectively may help us make better sense of your current distress and gain clarity on your internal world. Through a collaborative process of healing and discovery, our therapy will aim to assist you in finding your best path, where you can live less reactively and more peacefully. I have worked with individuals from many walks of life, and with complex struggles. I focus on supporting my clients to increase personal capacity and emotional flexibility.
My Therapeutic Approach
I work within a relational and narrative framework, incorporating cognitive-behavioural and strength-based tools. Our sessions will have a combined focus on understanding the deeper sectors of your inner workings while charting the best course for moving forward.
Education and Credentials
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I graduated from Adler University with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and have a Bachelor of Arts from University of British Columbia.
I have training in treatment modalities that include narrative therapy, psychodynamics, existential psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioural applications. These primary modalities will be woven throughout our therapy process to help illuminate aspects of the past and present issues below surface layers of experience.
