Hello! My name is Kaitlin and I’m an RCC with the BCACC with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. I’m a former middle school teacher who pivoted toward mental health services when my teaching experience showed me how crucial mental health can be to a community.
I have a history of working with people with addictions, which means that I have worked with a diverse range of individuals and issues. I enjoy working with people who are sober-curious, struggling with addiction, or just looking to revisit their relationship to substances. I also enjoy working with couple’s and folks who struggle with depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. I am an intersectional feminist, which I bring into counselling by valuing your identity and all its facets.
