If you feel stuck in your life or your relationships, I am here to help. Trauma, shame, grief, loss, and hopelessness can feel insurmountable at times, but I know firsthand that when we can stay engaged with whatever life throws at us, our lowest lows offer just as many opportunities for meaning, growth and purpose as our highest peaks of joy. In the words of Ariel Schwartz, "We're not saying that everything happens for a reason (but) that meaning is the result of committing yourself to working through despair until you find a sense of hope and possibility that helps you take actions for a meaningful life and a meaningful future."

Our minds, hearts, bodies and spirits work together interdependently, so rather than adhere to a specific modality, I draw from a range of cognitive, emotion-focused, somatic and existential strategies depending on what's going on for each client. I can help you with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use issues and mental health challenges. I also offer couples therapy, helping partners build competency in non-violent communication via the rigorously researched and tested Gottman method.
