Periods of difficulty are an inevitable part of being human. At some point, all of us face experiences that feel overwhelming, confusing, or painful, and trying to navigate them alone can be exhausting. While it’s natural to see similarities between our struggles and those of others, no two people experience challenges in the same way. Your history, relationships, values, and inner world all shape what you’re going through, and I believe therapy should reflect that. Whether you’re struggling with difficult emotions, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we will work together in a way that is tailored to you.
My work is grounded in a holistic, integrated approach that considers both your internal experience and the external contexts that influence your life, including relationships, work, culture, and past experiences. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from different therapeutic approaches to align our work with your goals and needs.
In sessions, you’ll be met with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care in a safe, non-judgmental space. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to distress, build on your strengths, and develop insight and tools to support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is not only to reduce suffering, but to help you build a life that feels more aligned and meaningful, and most importantly, one that you can be excited about.
