Practice Information

We all have had different experiences in our lives, and we all have unique brains, which shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. Within a safe and accepting space we can explore a variety of areas that you may be curious about:

  • Stress/anxiety management
  • Developing healthier relationships
  • How can your ADHD brain cope better with life
  • Learning new communication and life skills for more contentment
  • Improving your marriage
  • Navigating the unique challenges of ASD
  • Coping with a medical diagnosis

In addition to being a clinical counsellor, I have been a Speech Language Pathologist for over 30 years. This combination has provided me with a deep understanding of the value of communication, connection and striving for healthy relationships. I enjoy working with my clients and together we unlock the goals and skills necessary for meaningful change.

  • Do you want to find out what life skills could help you manage to become a more confident and content person?
  • Are you struggling in your marriage/relationship and would like ways to deal with conflict more successfully?
  • Do you need a mediator to help you manage difficult family situations?
  • Would you like to build up your resilience so you don't feel so overwhelmed?
  • Are you curious about your unique personality and communication skills, and wonder how they may contribute to maintaining relationships?
  • Do you identify as neurodiverse (ADHD, ASD) and are looking for support to help you build self-awareness, daily strategies, grounding, and acceptance of your unique abilities?

I thank you for reading a bit about me and my clinical practice and I wish you all the best in finding the support you need. If you think I can be of help, please reach out, I am accepting new clients.
