Areas of Focus: ICBC Counselling Cases, CVAP Counselling Cases, Individual Counselling, IFS Therapy
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I specialize in supporting clients who are recovering from motor vehicle accidents (ICBC cases). My work focuses on helping individuals manage trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges so they can regain stability and confidence in their daily lives.
I have experience and training in:
- ICBC Counselling Cases: Supporting recovery after motor vehicle accidents, addressing trauma, stress, and functional challenges.
- Trauma and Recovery: Helping clients rebuild their lives through the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP).
- Stress, Anxiety, and Depression: Managing workplace stress, sleep issues, and immigrant adjustment.
With an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, I provide a safe and structured process that helps clients uncover the roots of their challenges and create lasting change.
I offer counselling in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. In-person sessions are available at my offices in Queensborough (New Westminster), Richmond and Burnaby with online services accessible across British Columbia.
My mission is to help clients feel grounded, resilient, and supported throughout their recovery journey.
