Whatever has brought you here — whether it's the weight of your thoughts, the challenges of anxiety or depression, or the uncertainty life sometimes brings — I want you to know that you are welcome. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences without fear of judgment. I’m here to walk alongside you as you gain a deeper understanding of how your experiences have shaped who you are. I believe that our physical, emotional, and mental selves are deeply connected, and I approach our work together from a place of compassion and curiosity. Drawing from humanistic, somatic, mindfulness, and cognitive-based approaches, I aim to offer tools and insights that help you feel more whole and empowered.

At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Counseling can be both a challenging and deeply rewarding journey — one that allows us to better understand ourselves and navigate life's ups and downs. We all carry our own stories of disconnection, relational struggles, trauma, and hardship. Healing, for me, is about embracing the complexities of being human and uncovering the resilience and wisdom that already resides within us. My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly seen, safe, and supported — a space where we can explore all the parts of you, without judgment. I’m a therapist who is deeply curious and compassionate, and I love to explore what lies at the heart of things, creating a meaningful connection that fosters healing.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in the corporate world, where I learned first-hand about boundaries, relationships, stress, burnout, and the inner work that led me to this role. In my practice, I focus on helping individuals navigate the complexities of relationships — whether it’s family dynamics, friendships, romantic partnerships, or the challenges that come with breakups. I understand that relationships can bring both joy and stress, and I’m here to support you in finding balance, understanding, and healthier connections.

Additionally, my practice focuses on supporting ADHD, anxiety, personal development, inner child work, and self-esteem related issues like low-confidence. Whatever you’re going through, I’m here to walk alongside you in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space, where we can explore what’s beneath the surface and work together toward deeper healing and understanding.
