Practice Information
Many of my clients come to counselling feeling weighed down by a relentless inner critic and the pressure to always appear strong and in control. You may find yourself struggling to slow down, to relax, or to identify and communicate what you truly need. Constantly being in “go-go-go” mode can be exhausting and leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
In our work together, I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches, I support you in softening self-criticism, listening to your body, and creating more space for balance and authentic self-expression.
My style is warm and collaborative. I bring genuine care, respectful humour, and curiosity into our sessions. Whether you’re seeking more emotional balance, or simply a place where you can finally pause to process, I’m here to support you at your own pace.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and ICBC mental health care provider.
