Practice Information
Many of my clients are looking to heal from relational trauma. They are seeking more emotional balance, healthier relationships, and space to process difficult experiences. Together, we co-create a roadmap towards a vision clients have for their lives. My trauma-informed approach always has the nervous system in mind, so I offer body-based tools for self regulation as well as practical strategies based in attachment science for getting your needs met. At the root of my approach is fostering self compassion and authentic self acceptance.

I use parts work (IFS) to uncover and hold compassionate space for the emotions that underlie protective patterns. Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), which is grounded in attachment science, is used to explore the connections between your past experiences and present relationships. You'll also learn practical somatic tools to self regulate and process challenging emotions. My trauma-informed approach recognizes the pervasive impact of trauma and integrates this awareness into every aspect of care; fostering safety, trust, and empowerment.
