Practice Information
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I provide compassionate individual therapy and sport performance counselling. I am available to meet clients virtually across BC, or in-person in Squamish. I graciously live on and work from the unceded ancestral territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh people, where I maintain an active lifestyle of mountain biking, trail running, and skiing.
Many of my clients come to me in the midst of life transitions, such as injury, career change, break-up, or loss, and the path forward is unclear. They may be questioning career choices and personal identities. It’s common for people to become overwhelmed and entangled in their thoughts and lose touch with the things that matter most to them. I see people who are struggling with performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, or decision-making. These are all normal experiences of a full human life, and you don’t have to navigate them alone.
As a counsellor, I walk with you in your journey. Whatever your reasons for coming to counselling, I will support and empower you to live by your values and work towards your goals. You are the author of your story, and I collaboratively help you speak your personal truth. In the process, you will access skills within yourself to struggle less, be more present, and, ultimately, create more courage, and vitality to live a full and meaningful life.
My background and diverse experiences include competing as an elite athlete, practising law, career counselling, providing trauma-informed crisis support and trauma processing for sexual assault survivors, and coaching high performance youth athletes.
Areas of growth that I can support with include:
