Practice Information
I offer therapy for people who are wanting help to reduce anxiety, create a work/life balance, recover from burnout, stress and reduce chronic pain. I use a somatic therapeutic approach which focuses on reducing the dysregulation in the nervous system that is causing anxiety, depression, and symptoms of trauma which may be keeping you stuck.
Trauma, long-term stress, and the messages we received growing up often caused us to disconnect us from our bodies. We often develop protection or survival patterns that stay with us long after the danger has subsided, which can then keep us feeling stuck.
The good news is we can re-learn how to become connected with ourselves again. Learning about how your nervous system is keeping you stuck can help you gain access to your true wants and needs, your intuition and help you feel more empowered. Through somatic-focused therapy I can help you become more embodied so you can have more connection with yourself, your surroundings, and others and learn how to let go of survival patterns that are keeping you stuck.
I will work alongside you while you find clarity, connection and contentment in your life and relationships. I tailor each session to best suit your unique and individual needs that will leave you feeling heard and empowered.
