Practice Information
I provide virtual therapy and psychological assessments for adults across BC experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, depression, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, burnout, and life transitions. I also support individuals navigating cultural identity, family dynamics, immigration experiences, and intergenerational stress.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood while also gaining practical tools for meaningful change. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-focused therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and goals.
In addition to therapy, I provide psychological assessments for ADHD, diagnostic clarification, personality, and emotional functioning. I have experience working with adults presenting with complex mental health concerns across private practice and clinical settings.
I completed my undergraduate studies at McGill University and earned my MA and PhD in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from University of Toronto. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
