My Counselling Approach
Every person’s story is unique. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Positive Psychology, and Exposure Therapy, always tailored to your needs and goals.
My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and anti-oppressive. I value the diversity of each client’s identity, background, and lived experience, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

Making Counselling Accessible
I believe mental health support should be both high-quality and accessible. My rates are thoughtfully set to reflect the care I provide while keeping counselling attainable.
- Individual Counselling: $180 (60 minutes)
- Free 15-minute consultation (phone or video)
You Might Already Be Covered
Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Social Worker (RSW). You may be reimbursed for part or all of your sessions—check with your benefits provider or HR department for details.
Coverage Options
I am approved for:
- ICBC (motor vehicle accident-related counselling)
- Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP)
If you qualify, most costs are covered, with only a small co-pay
