Welcome to Curiosity Counselling. In a safe, nurturing environment, I will help you access the power of curiosity to help you step out of judgmental thinking and reconnect with the present moment. We can learn to step out of our automatic pilot patterns of reacting into skillful responses to whatever challenges life throws your way.
Along this journey of self-discovery we will explore what matters most in life. Whatever is blocking your potential - fear of failure, fear of missing out, sexual concerns, or just plain stressful living - I will collaboratively engage you in establishing meaningful goals for healing. Using creative and practical strategies, I will help you learn to successfully navigate the ups and downs of life so you can create more balance and connection.
I provide respectful, compassionate counselling. Life can be challenging. Everyone is doing the best that they can given their situation, and everyone can learn, improve, and do better. My aim is to help you identify what is most important, so you can make skillful life choices honouring your values. Follow your bliss. Be curious, not judgmental.
We might work to quiet a harsh inner critic, manage fears, identify barriers to success in work or relationships, or build your interpersonal effectiveness. Healing happens through connection.
