I work from a solution-focused therapy perspective, which means we won't just talk about problems—we'll actively work toward meaningful change. I recognize that reaching your goals takes time, and every step forward matters, no matter how small. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you identify each next step and build momentum toward the life you want.

Who I Am
I'm Jordan, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master's in Counselling Psychology. As a husband, father, and former professional athlete, I understand firsthand the unique mental and emotional pressures that come with high-performance environments, family life, and balancing competing priorities.
I also hold graduate-level education in Christian and biblical studies, and I'm equipped to integrate a faith-based perspective into therapy for those who desire it, honouring both your spiritual journey and mental health in a way that feels authentic and whole.
