Pain tends to show up when something important needs our attention. Anxiety, difficult relationships, ongoing self-criticism, and exhaustion often build slowly over time. You may feel worn down from trying to hold everything together, caught between competing demands, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense but are hard to change. When there is limited space or support, it can feel overwhelming to carry this alone, let alone know where to begin.
What matters most to me is understanding what it is like to be you. Not only what is happening in your life, but how you’re experiencing it. The parts of you that feel tender, conflicted, stuck, or hard to put into words are all welcome here. In our work together, we can make room for all of this. We’ll take time to understand what you’re experiencing, why it matters, and how to move forward in ways that feel genuine and sustainable.
You don’t need to have a clear goal or a polished story to begin. We’ll move at a pace that respects both your need for relief and the care this work requires. My aim is to support meaningful, real-life change, helping you feel steadier, more resourced, and better able to meet what lies ahead with clarity and calm.
