  • Her hope is to help you understand yourself more fully, move through challenges and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
  • With a deep belief in every person’s ability to grow, heal, and change, Gillian helps clients better understand themselves and others while creating lasting improvements in relationships and overall well-being.

  • Gillian Saxby is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.  
  • Gillian is inspired by the people she meets and feels grateful to witness the positive changes in their lives and relationships. She brings an empathetic, kind, and compassionate approach that encourages creative solutions and helps move relationships forward.
  • She understands that we all experience suffering, stress, or conflict in our lives — and believes it is how we learn to respond that truly matters. Gillian also values the healing aspects of lifestyle and the importance of restoring balance.
