Practice Information
Sometimes, we all need someone to talk to.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, unsure of who you are, or struggling to manage the weight of life’s pressures, it can be challenging to move forward on your own. If past pain still lingers and quietly affects your daily life, it may be time to seek support, and you don’t have to face it alone.
In counselling, I aim to honour your unique story. Together, we explore your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and past experiences to help you understand yourself more deeply, build resilience, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and inner peace.
I specialize in supporting clients with:
• Anxiety, stress, and depression
• Self-esteem and identity concerns
• Relationship and communication challenges
• Trauma, grief, and emotional processing
• Intimate relationship difficulties
• Cross-cultural adjustment and belonging
I integrate approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the client.
If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to book a free 20-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, discuss your needs, and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. I look forward to meeting you and helping you take the first steps toward healing, growth, and positive change.
I offer online counselling sessions, making it easy for you to connect from a safe, comfortable space. I’m available most weekdays and evenings. In addition to English, I also provide counselling in Mandarin.
I now offer direct billing for most major insurance plans, so you can use your benefits without paying upfront. If you don’t have coverage or need more financial flexibility, I also provide sliding scale rates. Feel free to email me to discuss what might work best for you.
