Hi, I’m Farah, and I’m here to support you through whatever you’re facing. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck or unfulfilled in their lives. If you’re going through a difficult time — whether it’s a recent event or something you’ve been carrying for a long while — you don’t have to go through it alone. If you are feeling lost in your career, are experiencing conflict in relationships, or struggling with self-esteem and confidence, I offer a safe space where you can explore what’s going on, reconnect with your inner strengths, and begin to move forward.
My approach is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in real connection. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities including person-centered therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and existential therapy.
I’ve always been passionate about mental health and the power of healing conversations. It’s a privilege to support people through their most vulnerable moments and help them rediscover hope, purpose, and self-trust.
