Counselling Practice Website
Practice Information
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure about your next steps, or facing challenges in your relationship, I’m here to help you find clarity, support, and practical ways forward.
What Therapy Looks Like
In our sessions, the focus is on you and your experiences. Whether we’re meeting individually or as a couple, therapy is a safe, trauma-informed space where you can speak openly, explore thoughts and feelings, and begin making sense of what’s been hard to carry on your own. Together, we’ll slow down, notice patterns, and discover new ways of approaching challenges — at a pace that feels right for you.
I use a mix of evidence-informed approaches, including CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, DBT, and for couples, the Gottman Method, so we can tailor each session to your unique needs. To learn more about my approach and resources, you can visit my website.
